The CC plugin on my wordpress setup (version 4.9.8) shows a message from the plugin on the admin dashboard that the PHP version is 5.2.x, but it is 5.6 (fast-cgi) most definitely. How do I patch for this problem?

Sorry... false alarm. BlueHost's cpanel read 5.6 for PHP, but their system had NOT properly set the version for the domain. They fixed it.
