Enable metric aggregation with EKS? [ --enable-aggregator-routing=true ]

Hey everyone,

Have been using KEDA for a while, but upon review found this note in the HA section:

You can run multiple replicas of our metrics sever, and it is recommended to add the --enable-aggregator-routing=true CLI flag to the kube-apiserver so that requests sent to our metrics servers are load balanced.

We're running Kubernetes 1.29 in EKS; and I believe it has support for enabling aggregation on the API server object itself; but I'd sooner not modify components and just use a more or less vanilla install.

Has anybody else encountered this issue? Curious if it needs to be enabled via custom userdata or some other means.
