How to trigger a forced discharge

I'd like to trigger a forced discharge - all the instructions I've seen say set 'selling first' for the work mode, which isn't provided in the automation. I think from previous discussions that this isn't a real setting, but sets something different (load limit and ???) - can anyone help?

Probably a combination of settings

Load limit=allow export
solar export=true
max sell power=some high value
priority load=1

Maybe even "use timer"=False to not use program modes (can't comment on which program mode will behave this way)

Thanks - the key for us was 'load limit' since the app refers to work mode 'selling first' and this change in terminology is highly confusing
