Enhancement: Default 'After slicing' setting

Request for either the ability to set a default 'After Slicing' behavior or to save and set the default based on the previous print. Roughly 100% of the time, I will select 'Start Printing' but the default is 'Do Nothing'.

The fix with the least impact would be to save the chosen action on any given slice and then use that as the selected> for the dropdown for the next one.
