The README.md could be spruced up.

Among things to add would be some of the info from the PR description in #321 about revocation scripts.

Also we should add documentation on running the agent without zmq (both how and why) in the README.

I would also like to add documentation in this repo's README about how to run the Python components to interact with the Rust agent properly. This is already WIP.

If we don't want to duplicate this here, an alternative would be to point to the Python Keylime repo from this README; however in that case I would like to make updates there.
