1. Fix doubled time for ESP32_C3, ESP32_S2 and ESP32_S3. Check Error in the value defined by TIMER0_INTERVAL_MS #28
2. Modify examples to avoid using LED_BUILTIN / GPIO2 and GPIO2 as they can cause crash in some boards, such as ESP32_C3
3. Use allman astyle and add utils

Should this library now be used in place of ESP32_C3_ISR_Servo?
Has the timing issue of 10us vs 12us been fixed (so that setPulseWidth creates an accurate pulse)?

Yes, so that you just need the same library for ESP32, ESP32_C3, S2 and S3.

Has the timing issue of 10us vs 12us been fixed (so that setPulseWidth creates an accurate pulse)?

No. If you're interested in much more accurate pulse, I suggest you try the ESP32_FastPWM. The cons are you have to adapt the code to Servo control, etc.
