FAIR image license

I realize that this question does not generally belong here, but I'm not getting any response for the contact address ([email protected]) listed on the general website, so I'm trying here in the hopes that my question reaches someone.

I was wondering who created the FAIR image on https://kidsfirstdrc.org/about/drc_impact/ and what the license is on that image?

Is it freely usable in presentation / workshops, publications, or under for example a CC-by license?

Any information would be greatly appreciated (I apologize doing it here, but the other address is not giving me any response).
