能否新增支持webqq的旋风离线？那个不限速 #29

旋风离线网页版http://lixian.qq.com/main.html从一年前就开始限速，下载从来不超过300kb/s

所以从一年前就开始用webqq的旋风离线，http://web2.qq.com/webqq.html登录然后添加QQ旋风离线应用，一直满速。但最近和网页版一样无法在浏览器上正常使用了。

今天偶然发现这个项目，发觉LINUX仍然能下离线。很赞！不过能否新增支持webqq的旋风离线？那个不限速。技术上可行吗？如果行，还望添加，非常感谢！

技术上肯定是可行的，但是楼主估计没什么时间搞，这项目好久没更新了
