[Feature Request] Add 'enablerdsaadauth' as an RDP option

Under additional RDP options, could you add an entry for 'enablerdsaadauth' as outlined here? I've manually edited the output RDP files and it works.

BTW thanks for putting this together! Awesome tool! This right here may help reduce my Azure VM needs from 4 machines down to 1.

No worries and no rush. The workaround is easy enough.

Again, thank you so much! I'm migrating from a domain-joined 2016 RDS on-prem server to a 2022 RDS server in Azure, and with this I can finally ditch Active Directory. The full RDS server stack (including their RD Webfeed) doesn't work without AD, but a standalone session host and this combined with your RA Webfeed and Microsoft's newly minted ability to sign into Windows Server VMs in Azure with Entra ID made this possible.

Added the following options:

enablerdsaadauth, kdcproxyname, targetisaadjoined, desktopscalefactor, dynamic_resolution, maximizetocurrentdisplays, singlemoninwindowedmode

Also added remoteapplicationcmdline as it was missing.

It would be nice if options could be saved as defaults by the user - created issue #142 for this
