Add the recipe for yt-dlp module

There are several projects in android which use yt-dlp library (See yt-dlp/yt-dlp#9828). It would be interesting if this library could be integrated into Kivy.

Is kivy faster than running yt-dlp through termux containers?
Because that's what ytdlnis and seal are doing currently and ytdlp can come off as slow compared when it is run on pc.
