Create Persian (Farsi) Wiktionary App

Hi, I've created the landing page of the Persian (Farsi) version of Wiktionary App here.

Thanks. I will base my comments off the Google translation

• I think we can do without the "that anyone can edit"
• A-Y (الف-ی) on the left should be removed as mwoffliner cannot capture category pages (see here our current scrap );
• Based on our existing page, we can also drop About - Search - Mobile version on the same line
• Your questions, Self-study and Policies and guidelines ( پرسش‌های شما خودآموز ویکی‌واژه سیاست‌ها و رهنمودها ) don't seem to be captured (or useful) either
• Please update the existing fa.wiktionary recipe and check everything is in order (including the weird formating that's in the current homepage - on my screen everything is shoved to the right-hand side of my screen)
• Please create another recipe based off https://farm.openzim.org/recipes/wikipedia_ar_medicine_app (with the _app extension). Based on zimfarm/issues/904 the indexing is turned off so as to shave off a bit of the zim file size. This will be the zim file we will be using (it is also stored in a separate folder)
