Listing titles for Wikivoyage are hidden

Describe the bug
Wikivoyage has listing templates, eg Go, See, Eat, etc. There is a problem where the name of the listing is hidden, unless the user manual selects text that includes the listing title.

Expected behavior
The name of the listed place should show up

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Select an article that uses listing's templates e.g. Naples
2. Scroll to sections with listing and notice the listing titles are missing, eg under See, Eat, Sleep
3. Eg under sleep, the title of the first listing is 6 Small Rooms Hostel & Guesthouse, but it is hidden (blank space in the place of where the title is) unless the user highlights the text.

I am completely puzzled by why this is closed. There is nothing in the linked article to suggest it is at all related. The linked article relates to indexes and this one relate to listing entries of places.
