Decimal seperator

Hi there , when I use thousandsSeparator to ".", it will looks like 1.000.000 at the chart, and then it's possible I change the decimal seperator value use comma? in example there is decimal number will 1.233.223,99 not 1.233.223.99 like image below. because it's look weird if showing 1.233.223.99 in decimal value
