See #53 (comment) et seq. We probably want to:

be very careful about which temperature and humidity values we use to calibrate AIR
maybe pay attention to the status code of the AIR sensor, even though right now we seem to be OK to wait 3 minutes before using the values, see Wait 3 minutes before reading AIR sensor #83.
