Delay on focus_follows_mouse

On a mac, whenever I try and move to the main menu which is docked at the top end, I lose the focus on the current window as it switches to another window on the path. Is it possible to add a programmable delay in ms on focus_follows_mouse? This way it will not immediately switch and allow us enough time to reach the main menu.
