DIfferent padding on different displays

I have been using for Yabai for around 2 months right now and I have been enjoying it a lot.
Currently I am using my laptop docked, this way the padding stays consistent, but if I want to use my laptop display as a secondary display the padding isn't consistent and there is empty space in between my bar (sketchybar) and my window. Is there a way to create settings for 2 different size displays and give these different paddings etc
I am probably overlooking something, since I am not that experienced.
