由于 booru 加入了图片大小选项以改善大图传输情况。但为保证插件使用用户在无法直接访问图源或例如 Bot 仅发送图片（但是低质量图片）等情况下获得良好体验，保证功能闭环，建议新增指令。

Describe the solution you'd like

增加两个指令，均以 quote 形式响应：

booru.details

• 选项：level
• 默认值：all? 4?

引用自一个图片消息，这将返回该图片的详细信息。

booru.resize

• 选项：original, medium, etc.
• 默认值：original

引用自一个图片消息，这将返回指定质量的图片。

I think simplified commands like .info and .size would be better ?

我感觉简化指令名称应该是 Koishi 用户该做的，因为过于简单通用的名称可能会导致冲突
