I merged your mod and another one with same functional.
Some minor improvements and bugfixes for 1.16.1 version of the game.
Please see my code on https://github.com/MAGGen-hub/Armor-Exchanged-Super-Hot-Swap and use it in your mod if you want.
After that my version of armor-swap can be deleted.
