Our developers in Japan are well informed.
Surely it is the case that a firmware update is to be expected, because no definitive information can be given about this yet. The date of publication has not yet been determined.
As soon as a firmware update is completed and ready for delivery, we will of course inform you about it via the media and our website.

Well, I emailed your company days ago and I did receive no answer.

I'm not representing Yamaha, I'm a customer using some of their HiFi equipment. I got this response after sending them the questions whether their consumer electronics are affected and when this would be fixed.
