Description of feature request

Simply bundle nodes.js (https://github.com/kryptokrona/kryptokrona-nodes-list/blob/master/nodes.json) with the app. If the fetch from the URL fails, then load the local file instead.

Why is this needed

If the node list cannot be loaded from GitHub, you will not be able to connect and that would create multiple issues.
