When I try to open the main wallet.wallet file or a main.wallet it doesn’t recognize the file as a valid wallet. The backup keys also don’t work after saving them by pressing save as txt file.

I see, and I presume you used kryptokrona desktop wallet to generate these wallets? I am asking because the terminal wallet uses a different wallet file format.

If you did in fact use the desktop wallet to generate the wallet, and the same app wont recognize the file, your wallet file might have been corrupted. In that case you would have to restore your wallet for your mnemonic seed/private key.

The backup keys also don’t work after saving them by pressing save as txt file.

Could you be more specific? What should happen when you go to Wallet > Backup > Save to File, you should be faced with a standard file saving system dialog, and after saving the file, you should have all the info in a .txt file. Please provide more info about where exactly it fails for you.

Thanks!
