Bluetooth MIDI Android How-to?

We have been using this plugin for sometimes and recently updated to the newest version for Bluetooth MIDI support. However we found out there are quite a few issues on Android

1. There seems to be no built-in support to get a full list of Bluetooth MIDI devices after scanning.
2. The Bluetooth MIDI device will auto start right after connected.
3. We want to add a function to let users actively choose which devices they want to connect using device ID.

The plugin worked very well on iOS so its a bummer that there are so many features lacking on the Android side. We are hoping to receive some supports or guidelines on this soon.
