Integrating a bot for closing old issues

Short Description

There are many issues which are not active and have became very old. We can integrate a bot to close inactive issues just like other CNCF projects.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe the use case.

This would be helpful for contributors who want to pick issues as currently there are many issues which are not relevant, so it become difficult to identify the actual issues.
