Does KCP check etcd health endpoint?

I'm learning how KCP checks etcd member healthiness. It seems it only checks if etcd member has no associated machine, or having alarms, or having problem connecting to etcd. Does it check etcd endpoint /health, /readyz?

Did not notice it is in pod health status.
