Metronix time-series (.ats) reader

I am raising this issue after my discussion with @kkappler in the EMIW2022 last week. I would like to use Aurora to process my data and archive it in MTH5 format. Since there is no reader plugin for Metronix data, it is difficult to start things in MTH5 and everything that uses it. I am sure many other researchers, especially in Europe, would like this.

Thanks @pankajkmishra we are in the process of implementing this with help from Metronix and others. Hopefully it will be added soon.
