I actually got this error when I was testing it out in Google Collab.
I tried to pip install diffvg but it still didn't work.
I also tried to apt install diffvg which still didn't work.

Please follow the instruction strictly!

In step4, you have to Reset all runtimes before run the following steps.

For some reason "reset all runtimes" wasn't an option for me, but "restart runtime" worked just the same
