Description

We do a replace for the ocm.software to use v0.15.0 instead of 0.16.0 due to the bug mentioned here concerning pushing to an insecure registry.

ACs

Bump the ocm package to the new version
Remove the replace (here)
Remove the allow gomoddirectives for the ocm (here)
