When does it mean when we have overlapping regions?

Hello again, Thank you for writing this plugin.

I want to get more understanding on when regions are overlapped. In the example above, I have the lora trigger word in both region and they are overlapped. Does that mean the lora is being applied in the overlapping area? If so, what is the best way to mitigate this?
