lamdera live crash #28

On Windows (I haven't encountered this on Mac), sometimes I get this error when starting lamdera live or when hot reloading is triggered

Go to http://localhost:8000 to see your project dashboard.
Listening on http://0.0.0.0:8000

Access violation in generated code when reading 0x7ef59482ab19
