Just curious it is good to use ..invoke() function for human in a loop code to better to use .stream()

Hello,
I am making an application using FASTAPI and when i use invoke the graph always starts from the starting node
Irrespective of if i have interrupts or not

• Just curious if I should use .stream function instead of invoke
• which one is best suited for production
• What's the best way to log the outputs from langgraph
