How to use Citation and Attribution in chatflow？

When I was using the chatflow and test the knowledgebase, I found the chatflow didn't show the Citations and Attributions , while I actually did open this feature.

As you can see, it should theoretically show the file below the conversation bubble. (I don't know what to call it, forgive me for my broken English)

I checked the Retrieval Test, It shows that the conversation did call the knowledge base, but somehow didn't return attribution.

What went wrong? What should I do to make it show references and attributions?

Deployment mode: on-premise
Use llm: llama3.1
Functions: Chatflow, Citation
Knowledge Base: Hybrid Search using the reranker model
Error message: None
