I am unable to install LanguageTools 6.4.

During installation, I face this error:

Could not create Java implementation loader at C:/cygwin/home/tdf/jenkins/daily_workspace/tb/src_master/stoc/source/javaloader/javaloader.cxx:530

OS: Windows 11 (version: 10.0.22631 Build 22631)
Laptop: Aspire Lite AL15-52 with i3-1215U, 16 GB RAM.

Libreoffice Version:
25.2.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: 01e6e4303e5a9966f102e0357fe0354a2f74a1c4
