Hello, this software is harming the whole world,

When creating a project through Composer, all dependencies are downloaded and voku/portable-ascii is also installed. The code contains political propaganda text and unnecessary links that are not related to the work. The developer decided this for himself and most likely did not tell anyone about it. And now every site that uses this package has these slogans, and no one asked us either, is this correct? We ask you to remove dependencies in Laravel from downloading this package; those who need it should download and install separately.
