Accepting String values for Integer id column

Hi everyone,

I noticed that this query works even if I pass strings to an integer id column, like this:

Model::find(["1abv..","2MLh..","3$2y$.."]);
Model::whereIn("id", ["1abv..", "2MLh..", "3$2y$.."])->count();

I expected this query to return a count of zero, but it still matches the results as-is.

Is this an intended feature or an oversight/bug?
