Opening a project from the application doesn't work #3

It should be possible to click the 'Open project' toolbar button to:

ask if the current project should be saved if it has been modified with an option to cancel
abort this process if the user clicks cancel
save the current project if needed
present a file open dialog box that permits selection of files or folders
close the current project unless the dialog was cancelled
load the chosen project and present the active screen or the first screen if none is active
