Current Behavior

  1. https://github.com/meshery/meshery/blob/master/install/Makefile.core.mk
  2. https://github.com/meshery/meshery/blob/master/install/Makefile.show-help.mk

Desired Behavior

Commonly located under build folder, the Makefile.inc from meshery/meshery could be used.

@leecalcote Any specifics for what the content of the Makefiles will be because I'm not understanding the request for listing all targets?
