centerwork/centerworkh: have single window (and two windows) fill available space? #491

It would be more practical if a single window didn't have such big margins in the layout, or that there remains some usable screen space that is just displaying wallpaper when there are two windows open.

I'll come back and have a crack at this myself if I still can't find another layout I like.

I have ended up using centerfair, but I made a quick hack so that if there is only one window then it's geometry is made equal to that of the workarea

I was thinking of adding an option to turn it on or off, something that can be bound to to toggle the "margins" for situations where having a restricted width for one window it's appropriate.
