Copy Stage arbitrary store to OSN (Test out final copy to OSN #9)
- Write a topic on the pangeo discourse
  - Can fsspec do this?
  - Do people have experience with this? Tag rich.
- Start with an xarray lazy loaded dataset and write to disk
- Figure out and document the 'best' method.
