the Docs should link to repo or maybe we just have the information redundancy.

Could you make a short PR to https://github.com/leap-stc/leap-stc.github.io/blob/main/book/guides/hub_guides.md, specifically the "Transform and Upload published data to an ARCO format (with Pangeo Forge)" section to outline the process:

What is pangeo-forge
Make an issue for your dataset in data-management
Fork the repo and follow the instructions
How to get help

With appropriate links in each?
