After running pangeo-forge-runner bake --repo=./ --Bake.recipe_id=eNATL60_BLBT02 -f configs/config_local.py command, recipe fails with

"ValueError: A dimsize of 0 means that this fragment has not been properly indexed. [while running 'Create|OpenURLWithFSSpec|OpenWithXarray|Preprocess|StoreToZarr/StoreToZarr/Rechunk/FlatMap(split_fragment)']

Nice. Lets dig into this.
The error is raised here.

Can you post more of the log output, in particular I am interested in this logger output
