I don't know if this existed before the latest update which I did a couple of hours ago, but I have just noticed that my website's top menu does not show on Overflow post pages. It's OK on the forum main page though.

could you provide photos/screenshots of the bug? Which moodle/moodleoverflow version are you using?

Moodle 4.1+ and Overflow 4.4-r3 (2024082700)
