Viewing assembly detail should show Onhand for each Item

When viewing an item that is an assembly you can see (and edit) the required Qty for each Individual Item that makes up the Assembly.
Alongside this we should be displaying the OnHand figure as well to assist with identifying stock shortfalls.

To highlight shortfalls we should have some form of significant visual marker if Onhand is less than Qty
Perhaps using a high contrast background to highlight at least the Onhand that's short, if not the entire line.
