Utility that fetches pages from the [tldr](https://github.com/tldr-pages/tldr) documentation.
Pages are not cached, they are fetched every time the tldr command is executed.
Open a new scratch buffer containing a TL;DR page in markdown format. The first argument is the name of the command whose documentation page is to be downloaded. The second argument is optional and automatically detected if omitted, but can otherwise be one of the following:
