How to add django to Quick app menu?

Hello,
I am trying to add the create django app in the quick app menu.
Python is installed and I installed django (django-admin is available in the terminal)
I added this line in the sites.conf file
django=django-admin startproject %s

and I have the django in the quick app menu and it asks me for the project name, but then an error occures

not sure what I need to be doing.
