"We can’t connect to the server at ..." Issue

Hello,

I installed Laragon and started it as administrator.

All services are started, as you can see in the screenshot.

I've launched the creation of a WordPress site: the URL and the WordPress folder in “www” have been created.

But when I launch the website in the browser, the WordPress and database configuration window doesn't appear!

Instead, the error message indicating that the connection to the server has not been made is displayed, like this:

Can anyone help me solve this issue and advise me on how to connect to the server?
