Q: NumberBox for spin edit input

Question, is it the NumberBox I want for a spin edit input control?

i.e. something like this, right:

I am also somewhat unfamliar with the verbiage. How do I get the spin edit buttons to appear? Is it something about Stylus that I want, or is that something else?

Because SpinButtonPlacementMode="Inline" is definitely not changing the visilbity whatsoever. Do not know why.

Also is there a way for the control to continuously respond to up/down arrow keys being held down? That would be very helpful indeed.

Just observing, a lot of issues, some closed, seemingly, some not, with NumberBox. I'm afraid this may be one more of them, but wanted to give benefit of the doubt.
