How to use/access Toast Notifications and Syntax Highlighter

I see in the gallery example source code there are extra class libraries for toast notifications, Syntax highlighting and tray icon.
Probably a stupid question but how are you meant to access them from a fresh application using the wpfui template? Copy them to your own project and rename the namespace?
