  1. User creates event and selects trashpoints to be cleaned
  2. Will the trashpoints be locked for others, so they cannot be selected to another event?

Judging from the events and trashpoints code, there is no limit.

I take that back, I see code that should prevent this at least in the mobile apps, referencing the isIncluded datapoint.
