(App)(Events) Cannot see all Trashpoints on map during Create Event #349

User creates an event
User clicks on add trashpoints
User clicks on Map view
User cannot see all trashpoints around the event. There is no "Search this area" button. For example: when zooming out to Tallinn level, i can see only about 20 trashpoints.
