无法正常启动clash

复现步骤 / Step to reproduce

未开启自启动/静默启动
没有开启服务模式
近期的开机，每次开机都会大概率无法正常启动，无法通过重启软件解决，多次重启电脑才能解决
RUST内核可以正常启动，但是会缺少连接和日志的内容，以及仪表盘无法显示内存占用

我是没法开机自启，不懂和你的情况一不一样。我懒得弄个issue了

我这是核心爆了，得重启才能解决
